Treasury Management Support Specialist

The Treasury Management Support Specialist will work directly with the Director of Treasury Management, Lenders, Retail, Deposit Operations, and customers to provide support for commercial deposit and treasury management services. This role may act as a subject matter expert for Treasury Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to customers and team members by responding to general and technical inquiries related to treasury management services/systems and commercial deposit account inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Prepare customer documents required to establish or maintain treasury management services.
  • Complete back-office customer setup for all treasury management products.
  • Provide training for all treasury management services, including but not limited to, ACH processing, online wires, digital banking for business, bill pay, sweep accounts, positive pay, remote deposit capture.
  • Identify other sales opportunities through implementation
  • Provide direct support to the Director of Treasury Management
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years in a treasury/cash management support role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to solve problems independently while applying logic and discretion
  • Ability to adapt to change and respond to all requests in a professional manner
  • Working knowledge of Jack Henry CIF 20/20 platform, Xperience, Smart Pay, and Online Cash Management. Advanced working knowledge is preferred.

Commercial Lender - Mt. Juliet or Smyrna

Skill(s):

  • Proficient reading, writing, grammar, mathematics skills and word processing and spreadsheet skills

  • A thorough knowledge of current lending and loan review regulations and banking regulations, procedures, and operations

General Responsibilities:
Commercial Loan Officer will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to assist in the management of the commercial loan
portfolio. They will be responsible for the development and management of account relationships for the Bank and specifically for
the Commercial Lending portfolio. They will be responsible for coordinating commercial banking activity within the Bank’s branch
network. They will also perform various other functions as assigned by the Commercial Loan Manager.

Essential Duties:
Provides services for commercial loans clients under the guidelines of the Bank’s loan policies and procedures including but not
limited to:
• Identifying and developing new commercial loan relationships.
• Identifying and developing new deposit relationships.
• Interviewing clients and prospects seeking commercial loans.
• Collecting and analyzing financial and related data to determine general creditworthiness.
• Structuring loan terms and conditions that meet the client’s needs and the Bank’s lending guidelines.
• Recommending approval or declination of loans within established Bank policies and informing prospective borrower
of decision.
• Managing a commercial loan portfolio for adherence to loan terms and conditions including but limited to the timely
receipt of required financial information, covenant compliance and annual reviews.
• Reviewing documentation and working with Bank personnel or Bank Counsel to ensure loan documentation is
prepared in accordance with loan approval.
• Monitoring loan repayment activities and taking necessary action to collect from past-due accounts.

1. Maintains a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all Bank commercial products and services and promotes Bank
products that may meet clients’ needs.

2. Assists in the preparation of Commercial Loan Approvals with commercial credit management.

3. Identifies and refers cross-selling opportunities to appropriate business partners within the Bank.

4. Attends periodic regional sales meetings to identify, develop and coordinate joint calling opportunities with Bank business partners.

5. Performs joint calls with business partners to identify and recommend additional Bank products and services to existing and
prospective clients.

6. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications, maintaining personal
networks; participating in professional organizations.

7. Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the department and other departments to ensure the smooth and
efficient flow of information.

8. Abides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment
which is free of sexual harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace.

9. Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk
management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank’s compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g., Community
Reinvestment Act (CRA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, etc.

Education/Training: A.B.S. or B.A. or B. S. degree in a related field of study preferred; specialized financial analysis training.
 
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in banking with focus in commercial lending.

Mortgage Loan Officer - Brentwood/Smyrna/Rutherford County

Our full service residential mortgage department is currently seeking an experienced mortgage loan officer to add to our growing team. Residential Mortgage Loan Originator provides residential mortgage loans to borrowers looking to purchase real estate or refinance an existing mortgage. The MLO is responsible for lead generation as well as working with Bank Officers in managing referrals to the ML and originating quality conventional, FHA, VA and D loans based on secondary market guidelines through existing referral partners as well as generating and developing new prospects through realtors, builders, attorneys, CPAs and other sources.

Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years residential mortgage origination experience required.
  • Knowledge of secondary market guidelines, laws and regulations related to mortgage lending.
  • Must have the ability to develop business in targeted areas and maintain current referral relationships while expanding new opportunities

Loan Operations Specialist - Mt. Juliet
The Loan Operations Specialist will perform a variety of loan servicing and processing activities in conformance with established bank policies, procedures, and objectives. 

Responsibilities:
  • Prepares consumer and/or commercial loan packages for closing in a timely, accurate and complete manner, ensuring that each loan is in compliance with established procedures, policies and government regulations.
  • Communicates with lenders and external vendors about details within documentation, raising appropriate questions and troubleshooting problems as needed.
  • Research and resolve servicing issues in support of loan officers and customers within scope of authority and expertise. Works with manager to ensure timely and accurate Loan Servicing practices.
  • Prepare and process mortgage, equity, and construction and consumer loan payoff requests from internal and external customers.
  • Monitors and tracks hazard insurance renewals and cancellations.
  • Performs advances and disbursements on Construction Loans. Reviews and researches requests to ensure all risks associated have been mitigated.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines and Bank policies and procedures.
  • Input and quality control of loans in core system.
  • Review of loan file to ensure all required documents have been executed and received.
  • Review and clear exceptions for trailing documents as received to ensure bank’s security position is properly executed and protected.
  • Daily balancing of internal general ledger accounts.
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary by Loan Operations Manager.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal direct supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of loan documentation policies and related government regulations.
Preferred Skills:
  • Working knowledge of TRID, HMDA, FCRA and Reg B.
  • Understanding of legal documentation and experience with commercial loan products.
  • Computer proficiency; knowledge of Laser Pro software, Jack Henry, Excel, Word and Teslar, helpful.

Bank Teller - Brentwood
The Bank Teller will complete deposits, withdrawals, and other financial interactions while providing excellent customer service to all customers.

Hours: Part-time or Full-Time

Qualifications required:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working directly with the public is preferred.
Responsibilities and Experience:
  • Cashes checks and disburses funds after verifying signatures and sufficiency of funds to support withdrawals.
  • Accepts deposits, confirming accuracy of transaction.
  • Prepares, verifies, and issues cashier checks.
  • Enters transactions in bank's record keeping system, recording all transactions and producing customer receipts.
  • Evaluates checks to verify endorsements, dates, identification of persons receiving payments, bank names, and overall legality of the documents.
  • Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote new banking services.
  • Calculates daily transactions using appropriate technology.
  • Balances all monies in cash drawers at the end of shifts.
  • Accepts and counts inventories of cash each day.
  • Maintains a work area that ensures the safety of all negotiables and confidential records.
  • Prepares monies for deposit or shipment to branch banks or the Federal Reserve Bank.
